I don't think the Paypal payments are processed right away by Pulse, for the Haslabs. I ordered a Snowcat a few weeks ago and was forced to use PayPal. Looking at the Paypal site, there's no transaction listed for that day and my card hasn't been charged yet.

Of all places, I've had the most luck at Gamestop, and the prices are comparable with Walmart and Target. It's where I found Milhouse and a couple other of the tougher to find characters. Walmart and Target are hopeless around me at this point.
