    Action Force and Valaverse

Those look great and the prior Praetorians are some of my favorites from this line. It looks like I missed the convention- and website-exclusive Praetorian Wraith (white color scheme). Any idea whether that one will restock at the webstore? I believe certain previpus exclusives have before.

    Loosecollector

LC has a Dogman coming up that might work. And of course there are numerous awesome werewolves now from various sources. But I get that a big part of the appeal here is the $17 price tag on Thailog.

    Loosecollector

Probably an unpopular opinion but due to my nostalgic attachment to the McF action figure and my minimal reading of Youngblood back in the day, I'd prefer they go with the tactical blue body suit for Badrock rather than the more iconic red and gold. Maybe because I read Spawn, for him I'd prefer...

    Four Horsemen Studios Mythic Legions

Big problem with this line is that modularity comes at the price of joint integrity. The pegs aregenerally too short and moving limbs/parts and especially popping and swapping them often loosens them thereafter. I can't think of another line since maybe DCUC where simply moving joints had such a...

    G.I. Joe Classified Series

Same, I'm still looking for Breaker.

    General Marvel Legends

Keep going deeper until I get my Paste Pot Pete, Owl, and Lobo Brothers.

    Four Horsemen Studios Mythic Legions

That's annoying... the former faceplates weren't compatible with each other either.

Selling Toys - Horror Stories & "Happy" Customers

This may be the only instance of ebay siding with the seller that I've seen. It's why I won't sell on ebay any longer.

    Harvinger Studios, Savage Crucible

(Guessing an e was accidentally replaced by a g?) I guess "no" but is there any word from Harvinger on: 1) Release date for that dwarf? 2) plans for other dwarves? 3) plans for generic barbarian bodies?

    Hasbro Made-to-Order Figures

Well, we didn't. So that's why some of us are jumping on this megacorporation: for lying about not having any replacement stock for defective units.

    Hasbro Made-to-Order Figures

Yes, I'm in that camp. Mine has an arm that falls off but was told they have no replacement stock and was offered only a return.

    General Marvel Legends

Is the Emperor Doom figure up for preorder the actual release that was rumored to be Doom 2099 (more a president than an emperor), or are these distinct and Doom 2099 is still coming?

    Most Wanted 1/12 scale figures

Dark Crystal. Want a hulking Garthim.

    Longbox Heroes 1/12 Scale

I would love all of Frreak Force, Overlord, Vanguard, and any number of other characters from those early issues.

    MVL Part Swaps

Anyone think of a left arm that is matched in heft and skin color to Random, such that his left gun arm can be swapped to a left normal arm? Looked at comic Gorr and various DCUC/McF Lobos but none will work. Yes I know this is a weird amount of effort to go through for a character like Random.

    Marvel Legends Maximum Series

Ok we're saying the same thing. I didn't use the phrase 'testing the waters;' I used gauge. I do think they're asking a question but internally. They will get data from Max sales and these will be used to gauge how much they can push the pricepoint on general releases. With a $25 differential...

    Marvel Legends Maximum Series

I agree with you but also don't see the distinction.

    Marvel Legends Maximum Series

Wow. I figured $49.99Max series was a gauge to see how much they can increase the price for general releases (and still do think this). But I didn't anticipate them even pumping the Max pricepoint to $57.99. Love to pay half-a-Mezco price for a Marvels Legends figure. Again, fuck these guys and...

    Super Powers

Nuts. And agreed on McF's production, which also applies to the Multiverse line with which I'm more familiar.

    Super Powers

I haven't followed this line but bought The Bug recently. Was Blue Beetle released? He seems curiously unavailable even through Amazon and eBay.

    General Marvel Legends

"Yeah, suck it up, poors!" Underlying this "if you can't afford it, don't buy it" attitude is the belief that hobbies are for the rich. it's a classist garbage take. And if you don't think Hasbro - whose CEO last year announced his intention to *double* profits - isn't viewing "Maximum"...

    Marvel Legends Maximum Series

Hasbro can @#$% right off with their $50 pricepoint. So absurdly greedy and baldly advancing the 'hobbies are for the rich' momentum of late stage capitalism.
  24. B

    Action Force and Valaverse

How is any of this bad, though? Hasbro's CEO is out here saying he wants to double prpfits or some such absurdity and we can all see he's doing it through price gouging. These megacorps like Hasbro saw collectors willing to pay higher prices for smaller companies's figures produced in lower...

    General Marvel Legends

Anyone have an issue with Spirit Spider's head socket being too big relative to the neck ball such that his head constantly falls off? Never had this issue with Marvel Legends before.
