There is no and never was a spinner rack accessory. Two Mini Comic Wave 2 figures were shown at SDCC. The rest of the line up has not leaked as far I know. EDIT: No 1 other Mini Comic figure definitely leaked.

Lots going on, but want to point this out in case it hasn't been noted already (apologies if it has), Rachel Grey appears to come with a mini comic.

My best guess is yes because they keep making them and they certainly would take up a lot of space in a shipping container/warehouse/fulfillment center/store shelf/etc.. but I barely see people buying these things or talking about them.
