I wouldn't go to Ebay - I feel like this is a sign they are going to revisit those characters and designs. I would not at all be surprised to see this design featured in X-Men '97 S2 - and they know it but can't say it, but also didn't want to delay this figure any longer.

We have considered exactly this - it was DST's Marvel Select line. Completely original sculpts, covered in paint (front AND back!!!), with tons of accessories, heads, hands and sometimes bases, all one inch more of plastic and still the MSRP was $25-$30 all in (minus like the one that was $35)...
