Jim Hammond Torch is essential as the character who started it all. Agree we need the flamed on and off looks. Also, that the Marvels and/or Byrne looks would be the best representation. Jim solo, in a powered/non-powered two pack or Original Torch/Toro two-pack would be a day one purchase.

Definitely not a priority. However, I did recently see a really good custom of him, so possibly in a good BAF wave or on sale as Beak. As Blackwing, he was in an iteration of the New Warriors so likely a pickup.

Two good things about Kindred, he does have a cool if disturbing appearance and he ended up retconning that miserable, ugly story about Gwen Stacy and Norman Osborn. He'd be a pick-up, agree centipedes are his best/worst look.

Agree with most others, would likely buy as a three-pack but probably wouldn't purchase individually. Whether or not, they have the robotic steeds would also be a consideration. The steeds being present would definitely increase the likeliness of a purchase.
