Absolutely in for Ghost Rider 2099. And I agree, bike is a necessity. Quite frankly, I find I'm in for basically any 2099 character. That was a fun time.

Respecfully, comic versions for me. Heck, a new skull head (or the like) on the existing Living Laser figure and you'd have a halfway decent X-Ray already.

I'm in for Tana Nile. Ironically, not so much the classic ginormous head versions, though. I like the version in pic #5 best, and would happily take more Rigellians done like that.

I have a vague memory of who this is, but broadly... ...this. That being said, if he were in a BaF wave I wanted, and if he were in the more Kirby-styled (3rd and 4th pics) glowy costume, I wouldn't feel bad picking him up. I seem to recall liking him.
