There have been a couple Fortress of Fangs play sets in my area lately. A local seller had one that sold and a local comic shop has one for $300-something, but I have no idea how complete that one is.

This is the price I would have guessed had I given this figure a second thought after seeing the reveal. They needed to sculpt a front half of an upper torso.....a fraction of a fraction of a whole figure is all-new. Of course that's getting a price hike.
