General Marvel Legends

I completely sympathize. I loved the Micronauts (toy line, and comic). So many years into the Legrends line, without a single Micronaut/Micron/Enigma Force character. Sad really.
There was a moment when they teased Warbow where a lot of the guesses made a case for it being one of the Micronaut dudes and his accessory.

Told my buddy and he got excited.

And then it was Warbow.

I don't particularly care about Crystar or Warbow, but their inclusion in the line is a net positive for everyone who has their favorite z-lister they want to see made! I'm not going to drag them for mining the obscure corners of the Marvel U for figures to make, and especially not in a year that started with Rom and ended with Triton, Gorgon, Deathbird, Starfox, Champion of the Universe...

I will, however, give them an earful on their insistence that most of the women in Marvel wear rigid girdles through their midsection that prevent them from moving at the waist. Clearly, someone sent Hasbro HQ a prank copy of the OHOTMU to give them this crazy idea.

Agreed. I’d love a 3-pack with Bug, Rann, and Mari, characters Marvel already owns and could easily make without issue. Bonus if they made it a 5-pack with Acroyear and Karza if it could be worked out.

It’s been an unusually busy November/December of ML releases. Hope it slows down a bit!

The Sentinels and Astonishing Beast were basically the only releases I bought of the end of year deluge, but not for lack of wanting them. I'll be spending most of 2026 playing catch-up once things stabilize (for us personally, if not the rest of the country...).

I checked the stock level today and it said over 6k. I'm still thinking about picking up a second...

So, as it's New Year's Eve it's a good time to reflect on the year that was. Apropos of that mood I stumbled across a top 20 list I had made in January 2025.

The list was

1. M'baku (comic)
2. Rachel Summers - Phoenix (Excalibur)
3. Jack of Hearts
4. Attuma
5. Deathbird
6. Skurge the Executioner
7. Starfox
8. Gargoyle
9. Man-Wolf (Stargod vostume)
10. Marrina
11. Moonstone (classic yelloe/silver)
12. Gorgon
13. Triton
14. Mantis
15. Swordsman
16. Stingray
17. Spot
18. Swarm
19. Werewolf by Night
20. Red Wolf

Less than one year later I have 8 of those top 20 in my collection. Thats kind of banans.

Crazier that neither of the Spidey wants got made but that line still delivered Cardiac, Owl, Hypno Hustler, Kane and Chameleon

And I added the likes of Dragon Man, Marrow, Husk, classic Banshee, ROM(!), and Shuma Gorath (!!)

Honestly this ended up being a banner year for Legends for me.

If anybody has Instagram, I'd suggest you find Steve Evans page and give him feedback. He has separate "report card" pages for Legends, Star Wars Black, Star Wars Vintage and Star Wars Retro.
It isn't often that anybody at Hasbro actually solicits feedback and comments outside of seeing them in person at a con.

Completing teams quickly is something they need to do. My favorite thing they did this year was releasing most of the Inhumans in a year's time (give or take.)
This for sure. By the time they get around to completing teams that they've started, they don't match any more - whether it's pinned vs pinless, articulation changes, better face apps, non-matching paint (like Sunspot and the old New Mutants figures), or other things. For this reason alone, I'd like to see more box sets or these figures all part of the same waves or multi packs released around the same time.

Agree on all that. It's what always takes me out of the line.

It's even worse when you think they're doing it right - Considered Gen X and how fast we got M and Chamber, easy reuse Husk - and then they just pull the rug out and start something else.

ADHD, the toy line.
