G.I. Joe Toys on Sale

I'm curious what happened with Law & Order and Target's system. Feels like he released late and missed most of his window, because then his in-store listing got wonky (wouldn't register a price), then he alone went on a random discount a month ago and now this. Feels like something went wrong somewhere.

I bought one the day after Christmas in store and when he wouldn't ring up the lady at the self-checkout just knocked him down to $5. :)

Yeah, something screwy happened. He's been up everyday on Target's eBay store with wide windows of availability. I was in a store last night and they had about a dozen Law & Orders marked at $23 something.

What I keep missing on Bullseye Deals is the $17.99 firefighter and police officer, Not up there as frequently or in the same amounts, but it's a nice deal. Heavy Duty has also popped up a few times for $17.99 as well as Steeler and Short Fuze for $22.99.
