I'm pretty sure the most recent line from McFarlane was like it was BECAUSE of the game studio. They're not as concerned with articulated figures as items that look like the game renders, so these overseas companies just knock all these figures out unlicensed.

Oh that’s different than Hildr? I like the sculpt.

Hildr looks good in pics but I think the hair looks a bit weird from what I saw

Yep, different fig, I just lifted it from Shinigami's post about Fangcun Studio Western Fantasy Demigod Race Gladiator. I suppose it's a different figure than the Gladiator, same company. I'm ready to jump in bed with this company. :LOL:
 
I love the base body, but I find the bikini warriors trope ridiculous.

In before @Damien informs me of the storied history of the late 16th-century Boobalicious Bikini Brigade.
 
Did not notice weird boob armor. I was looking at her eyes.

Seriously, I saw the photos months ago and didn't notice. I must have become desensitized from seeing too much weird action figures.

Got a black light, as I knew my new Magme Forgemaster figure was supposed to be cooler under it, which he totally is. Also gave me a chance to see Demon Flame Abyss Knight as well. Unfortunately, mu camera can't show the glow without the purple hue on the figures, but in hand, the figures look "normal" but with the brightness. Very cool!

Excited for the Nanmu Bull Rex to start shipping, that’ll be my first Smart series Nanmu and hoping it poses a little better than the creative beast rexes (if it doesn’t it’ll be nice to have a bull rex to go with my Hammond Rexy anyway…)

Just got a tariff charge for my NOTTAA Man-03 (the “middle aged” aka “one that looks like us” body) really looking forward to messing around with that one from some variation!

Also just got my Keepgoing Studio Human Muscle Model (Red) from 5k, his engineering isn’t great (though I’m willing to admit, my heaters not working so maybe if I warm him up he’ll move smoother) but it looks fantastic and if nothing else he’s going on my NECA Shelf as excellent Frank Cotton stand in

It won’t be as big as the Hammond Collection T-Rex. If you have the BoTM Albertosaurus or any other Tyrannosauridea figure that used that same body (Gorgosaurus, Tarbosaurus and Daspletosaurus), it’ll be about that size. 7-3/4” inches to the top of the head and 20” or so to the tip of its tail. However these Nanmu Rex figures will look bigger than the BoTM dinos because they’re more robust. I would advise you to purchase the Nanmu doe to display next to the bull because they’re meant to be a matching set. The size and level of detail alone will really set them apart from other brands . Hell they are even more detailed than Nanmu’s previous efforts on their static models.
