Hasbro possibly doing Tron?

This video just makes me more sad that these will never see the light of day. I backed Day 1, in spite of it being so overpriced, but I also knew it was never going to fund. It just seems so blatantly obvious to everyone that this never had a chance, except for Hasbro apparently. Why is there such a disconnect between Hasbro and the people they are trying to sell this to? Do they just live in a corporate bubble that makes them oblivious to things that are obvious to the rest of us?

There's always that last couple days FOMO rush, right? That's sure to happen this time, right? Right?

I'm thinking he mean advertise it online and on streams before the movie came out, not IN theaters.
No, that's what I meant. As a licensor one would hope Disney could have simply added to the movie footage itself before the '20th Century Fox' (or Amblin/Touchstone/whoeverthehell) presentation without charging them; but of course some division VP would have to get his cut.

Welp. They are acutely aware of how shit these are doing.

That really fucking does look cool as shit. I have no idea why none of y'all are diggin' this project. Christ, those under-glowed figures actually look like the painted B&W movie look when *no* other figure ever has.

I dig them...just not enough to plunk down the ridiculous amount of cash they want for them.
