Older women can be slimmer in build. Not how I pictured they’d handle Mrs. Claus but I’m open to it, and look forward to how they handle variations. Just glad to finally have the Mrs coming.

Who's to say they don't also have access to Ozempic at the North Pole? Amazon Pharmacy delivers everywhere I'm sure.

FMF ARE MAKING A SKELETON!?!?!?

Sorry, I've taken it upon myself to get one skeleton action figure from as many different lines as I can, so another one (and from a company whose products I am very much enjoying) makes me very excited, lol.
Well, kinda. Looks to just be borrowing the Fwoosh skeleton mold. So if you have one of those, maybe you don’t feel inclined to get a FMF skeleton just out of obligation.

However those Fwoosh skeletons are absolutely great and super well engineered for how skinny and spindly a skeleton figure can be. So FMF using those as the base for their skeletons is a great move and I highly suggest grabbing one if you don’t have one already.

Oh, I do have one already. Backed the pumpkin-headed one. It's even already in my OMF display with the Forgotten King.

Older women can have a slimmer build, but that face does not look like an older woman (despite the hairstyle). I'm sure they'll give her grey hair, but that face looks very youthful, and noticeably more so than Santa. I think if the head was a bit closer to a classic Aunt May (perhaps not quite that decrepit, but some wrinkles or signs of age) it would have looked better to me.

It looks like the Mrs. Claus figure has a diaphragm cut. If they are not likely to redo the upper torso sculpt to allow for more reuse potential, I wonder if they could resculpt the lower torso to make it fatter. Since the lower torso seems to include the bottom of the coat, I assume reuse potential for that piece is more limited. I definitely prefer a rounder and older looking Mrs. Claus. Making that piece better represent a rounder body, plus including an older looking head, would make me much more interested in the figure. Though, I'll most likely buy whatever Mrs. Claus figure they make.

I can't remember in which thread this was suggested, but the Snoop on a Stoop throne accessory works with 6" and 7" figures. I grabbed one for $8 off Walmart's site. I haven't sat Santa in it yet, but Marvel Legends Warbow fits easily.

I still need to get a picture - it works OK with Storyteller Santa, his feet don't touch the ground by about 1/2" and his elbows don't rest on the arms. But either a foot rest or taking a bit off the legs will fix it. I think a jacketed Santa will not work too well. For $8 its a good option.

I almost picked up one of these yesterday since they're so cheap, but it really looked like the seat was too tall for most figures to sit with their feet on the floor in it. I figured a 7-8" figure would probably be just the right height, but wasn't sure my standard ML would work. Anybody have good photos?

For what its worth, the more I look at it the less I like it for the reasons noted, the seat is just a bit too tall.
This is what I was feeling looking at it in the store. It felt like it was "nearly" the right scale, but just far enough off that it simply wouldn't work for most stuff.

I assume the next round of Christmas figures will go up for backing soon, right? I'm curious if they tweak Mrs. Claus from the prototype they showed at SDCC. Maybe the one at SDCC is a young version, and they will also solicit an older, Grandma version. I'd prefer a more traditional looking Mrs. Claus than the one they showed. Will there be any new Santas? I think a medieval Santa could be cool.
