What was exclusive for the Nymph?

Sir Valgard gets extra human knight legs and forearms, plus an extra head and pauldrons. His set seemed stacked with exclusive extras.

I got Revenant/Warrior because I love the exclusive Gorgo 2.0 helmet. It’s all part of my desire to make a figure that looks like a Chaos Warrior.

Put Storyteller Santa on it and yes, his feet are maybe 1/2" off the ground, and his elbows don't quite reach the arm rests - but otherwise the width and depth of the chair and the seat back height are good. To me it looks a little off but not terribly so, I might look into cutting the legs down or putting a base around it to raise the floor up a bit, like a leg rest.

I picked up all four for $80, I’ll decide if I want a basic version of the Knight and Gold Dwarf (I’m only buying Scaphoid for the goat skull and wings so no basic for me, and buying four drow baddies to use all the heads)

Oh this is funny - the warrior sold out so fast they didn't even bother putting him in the marketing preorder alert email. He must've been gone before they could even hit send.
 
$80 for a single Mythic Legions figure, even a deluxe one, is insane. There's no way I'm paying that. So I'll just be content with my KS1 Sir Valgard and gold knight legion builders.

The Revenant figures don't even look too different from already available figures, just in dreary colors. Again...$80? Pffft. For $95 you can get a giant crab guy who is completely unique to the line.
 
The two 2.0 figures comes with more stuff than I'll ever use so I'm not tempted by the con exclusives. I do want the nymph because of the extra heads - I could see those going for $20+ easy on eBay later, at a minimum. I was momentarily annoyed I missed out on the warrior but it occurs to me I was enthralled by the figure when he was first announced, but since then I kinda... made my own? I used a gunmetal armoury knight body and stuck the spare Xylernian Guard head on it and minus some of the more grimdark features on the amor, tehy kinda do the same thing for me.
 
Personally, the Revenant/Warrior is exactly what I have been wanting. I wanted a dark knight since the first Kickstarter. Only Urzokk was close, and he has never come with a matching helmet. There was also that knight that came with demon wings which was close as well.

Edit: docsilence raised a good point about the gunmetal Armory Knight, but the parts available at retail weren’t really exactly what I had in mind. Probably is the closest to what I was looking for.

Well, to apples-to-apples it a bit, the crab guy will be at least $120 at BBTS, it's going to be at least 50% more than this fig. But agreed, it is a little insane, but I paid it. Really like what I'm seeing of this guy online, and I have a plan for each of the extra parts. Just need an extra pair of legs and arms (which I have) to have a complete extra figure.

The $55-$60 con fee was way more appropriate.

I still want the warrior if I can get one, but I mostly want the human face option so I'm okay with a base version later. He DOES come with m y cooler bits and bobs and totally want to get one, but I'm not despondent missing out on the con exclusive with the extra helmet etc. (Though if he pops back up on BBTS or Store Horseman I might be tempted.) The Xylernian Guard has the same head sculpt but with the green elven eyes, so I have him on the shelf as a bruiser half-elven knight, kinda bare bones armored and trying to prove himself next to all the fancy guys who have come out recently. Good enough for now but would love the warrior/revenant if I can score one.
 
A single human sized figure for $80+ seems like a bridge to far for me. She's got a lot of stuff with her, but a lot of this is reuse and it's all just very grey...

I agree it’s ridiculous, but it beats the alternative… spending over $3k flying to New Jersey for a night.

I mean, the real alternative should be con attendees get first dibs on new figures and everyone else gets the same figures later, but the fun thing about running what’s basically a cult is you can do whatever stupid shit you want and get away with it. The act of going to LegionsCon is an act of devotion and only the devote are entitled to their little treats…

So I’ll give Big Bad an extra $120 so I can use all four drow baddie heads and build a coven, have the wings and goat skull that make Scaphoid 2.0 worth owning, make a Gold Knight with enough left over pieces I can use the Barbarian pieces they sold for $10 to make a new topless dwarf, and have the rusty knight with all the parts options… I shouldn’t have to though, I should be able to just give the horsemen $200 and get all that and attendees little treat was not waking up at 7am on a Saturday to get them 10 months later, but you go to war with the army you have not the army you want!

You can get her without the two bonus heads directly from the 4H at a later date, if the bonus heads matter to you she’s holding around $110 on eBay, which is… well it’s not the crazy $250 people want the Barbarian (shrug emoji)
