Yes! They changed it recently, probably this month? We used to share with my mom on her account and they've done away with that. You can still do a 'family' account, and I don't know the difference, except you can see what everyone on the account is buying and my mom said absolutely not to that, heh. But when we went to sign up, there was a deal to get the first year for $15 so we went for that.

I guess I got suckered into the first year fee as well... Just be careful because it auto-renews at $139!

A few notes….

You can add one additional adult and multiple children, but it has to be the same shipping address.

Adding another adult does not allow you to see each other’s purchases. I think adults can see children’s purchases.

The adults do need to agree to share payment methods, however we can’t see each others payment methods, so I don’t know what agreeing to this actually does.

You may be able to end your subscription so it doesn’t auto-renew and still keep it for the remaining term. Amazon doesn’t make this obvious, but that it what the internet says 😀. Not sure if there is some other trickery if you do the $15 deal.
 
As of the time I'm typing this, MCU Daredevil, MCU Punisher, Titan Heroes Galactus, and Magic Battle-Damaged Spider-man are all available for order on Target.com. Plus you get the sale discount, which makes even Spider-man a reasonable price.

Did you look in the clearance section? All of the Targets in my area now move clearance items to one of two places--the ends of aisles which they've done for years, but over the past two years they have a dedicated set of shelves next to the electronics section and close to the toys section where they put the NECA, Jada Toys, Bandai, etc stuff that they sell where the manufacturer isn't paying for aisle space in main toys like Hasbro, Mattel, McFarlane, etc do.

That's the first place I check when something I'm interested in disappears from the main shelves, and I almost always find it in the clearance sections. They moved the safari Chuck Xavier figurs there a few months ago and I picked up one for half price.
