If collecting action figures as an adult has NOT caused you some frustration, you probably haven't been doing it long enough, or you don't collect enough stuff.

Agreed, but for me, personally, I like to trim out the fun stuff that isn't as fun as I want it to be. Collecting Classified brings me joy the way Marvel and Star Wars used to, and really shined a light on the things I should be more focused on. Continuing something that isn't necessary out of habit or self-induced obligation is something I really wanna knock off.

I've been collecting for longer than I haven't at this point. I've gotten frustrated yes, but not blatantly angry about it all. I've missed plenty of SDCC exclusives (I'm looking at you SDCC Jinx) over the years, and had the normal "just cause it's in your cart doesn't mean it's yours" while checking out. It can be a crap shoot at times, but in the end we're playing with recycled dinosaurs.
 
Frustration is separate from anger, though obviously they can overlap. I’m certainly beyond a point in my life where I flip out with tirades. But it ain’t all rainbows and butterflies (unless that’s what you collect).
