Operation Monster Force

I know the feeling. I cancelled all 6 of the preorders I had for season 0 % 2 figures I had, because my wife and I are actively house hunting again and I had to clamp down on spending for the time being.

I still have a few items on preorder that required a deposit that I don't want to throw away, but the OMF figures sadly had to get the a, along with the next wave of Jada Mega Man figures.

I sold all of my Season 1.

Myriad of reasons. One being that I just don't have the space. The real estate in rapidly shrinking.

Two, I have no real attachment to the property and I'm trying to stick to things that make me nostalgic.

Three, the gap between releases have made me lose interest, along with the massively blatant reuse. I don't mind reuse when and where it makes sense, and when I really have to look at it and go "Ohhhh, they used THIS buck". But that first and second series is pretty obvious and there isn't any scaling, it is all uniformed height--it just bothers me.

And lastly, I *really* want to preorder the upcoming Mondo MOTU and Real Ghostbuster Ray. Those take precedence, and selling something to pay for those rather than spending a huge chunk out of the wife and mine's joint account during these tariffing times just makes more sense.

So, try not to be too bummed. I'm right there with ya. I wish I was a billionaire and could just build myself a massive 20k square foot nerd museum on my property and buy everything that I wanted without pause. But...reality speaks.

This line really need to ship some stuff soon to save me from myself. I went from non-preordered to two preordered, then got obsessed with Frankenstein stuff for a few days and preordered Donner, then I was rushing to preorder something else last week and forgot I'd had brain in a jar man in my cart and preordered him by accident too (I was like "did I buy something twice by accide---ooooooh. Oh well."

I've got the chimp secret agent preordered too, but I think I can hold off on anything not Monster Force pretty easily. MF just fits in with my expanding Joes vs. Monsters head canon too well. (The Van Helsing figures is stupidly fun.)

Got a processing soon email for The General! It's happening!
Same. The General is the only Monster Force figure that I've allowed myself to order so far. I'll let my feelings on that figure determine if I buy any more. These look good but I can't really afford to start another line.

Yeah, so...got those processing soon emails, as well, because I forgot to cancel everything after selling my lot.

Boy, oof. To dump almost 800 dollars (if not more, I didn't do the math) of stuff on us all at once between all of season 0, season 2, the accessory packs, army builders, etc...

Shows a real lack of consideration for you consumers. That's such a massive dump of things in a very short span. I am actually glad that I got out when I did.

Yeah I've been strongly considering dropping the line this week myself. It's just too much.

Yeah, I did not enjoy tallying up all my preorders, and had to cancel all the duplicate figures, unfortunately, since the preorders I had were $3 less than the current prices.

I don't want to drop the line, though. I just wish like Rick said, they'd use some fucking logic in spreading shit out.

I know Hasbro never will, but you'd think a smaller company would be a little more intelligent & not such assholes like the billion-dollar big boys.
