One A Day 2.0: Day #164 - Maelstrom, Helio, Gronk and Phobius

Enthusiastic 100% yes on classic Handbook Unicorn (last two images). Hard to believe he hasn't been done yet. Would obviously also pick him up in the second similar costume and the original he wore in the X-Men storyline. There's a handful of other long-time villains in that story that also still need Legends figures: Plantman, original Porcupine, villainous Scarecrow and the first Eel.
 
YES!!! Unicorn is a big want. Assuming we only get one go at him I'd prefer the later costume (images 5 and 6) but if we could get the first two costumes as well I'd buy those in a second.
 
Definitely want a figure of Unicorn! He showed up not that long ago on Korvac’s team to fight Iron Man.

Catching up:

Nekra and Turbo would both be passes. No real attachment to either.

Unicorn I'd get if he was in a BAF wave that I wanted to build, but he is low priority for me.
 
Day #157 - Dr. Cecilia Reyes

Would I buy? Oh yeah, immediate purchase!
Which version? This is tough. I like the fist picture in her lab coat. That might be my first choice. As far as a super suit, I actually like her more recent tactical look with the vest in picture #12.

Needed member of the X family. Heart and soul of many, many stories.

Outfits with “X”s splattered all over them is getting to be a peeve of mine. It reeks of artist laziness. The characters start lacking individual style. GSXM put a team of individuals together, each having their own sense of identity. Even the founding members went on from there with their own identities, sometimes with just a belt buckle or button for association. It seems now, that when a character concept is thought up, they just slap them in an “X” suit, and don’t even try to give them their own looks. Anywho….
I’d get the good Doctor, preferably in a look that’s more unique to her, like the lab coat one.

Cecilia Reyes would be a guaranteed purchase. Almost always prefer the costume to civilian garb, but in her case the doctor comes first, so the first pic probably is the best look. In costume, prefer # 7 or recent X-Factor look (last image). Also, should come with clear plastic shield, construct of some sort to demonstrate defensive power.
 
Cecelia is a yes! Preferably blue/gold, the OG look with the long yellow boots - no one else had those and they look cool. Give her some snap on shield plates.

Her other looks are cool, but if we could just complete the 90s first and then move on. Please???!

Would love to retire the custom version of her on my shelf.
 
I've read a few of the stories featuring Reyes, but don't really have a spot in any of my displays for her. Still, I like her basic doctor look, and wouldn't mind putting her somewhere just as a bit of an easter egg. Maybe she could be in one of the windows of my Daily Bugle? I'd probably wind up getting her.
