Isn't he the normal non- Herald version? Or maybe that's what I should have put. Whatever the version is everyone thought the Black Winter figure was going to be.
 
Yeah, I'm a little confused, what's the difference between the image posted and the figure?
 
Oh... so you legitimately just want a repaint of the Controller wave figure with some paint splatter on the tunic? That seems like an easy enough custom. I would hate for them to waste a figure slot on that big a cop out .

Thor gets this outfit when he becomes Herald. A "non-Herarld" version is fairly different IMO. As far as Hasbro is concerned this IS Herald Thor. Now Hasbro did forget the stars admittedly, but I would have to agree that this would be a waste of a release slot. Hope you get it though.
 
I actually don't particularly want it. I was just trying to think of a repaint anchor per the guidelines. If budget was no consideration I'd have slotted in Simonson armor Thor.
