This is a thread for, well, like the title says, character, that could easily be made, with little to no new tooling, but for some reason, haven't been made, yet. I'll name 3, and then let the rest of you add on, or agree/disagree. :3 :P lol

The Joseph Wade Scarlet Spider, all they need to do is paint the basic Spidey buck silver, with red eyes, and symbol.
The Shroud just a basic buck, with a new head, maybe 2 heads, for an unmasked look. They could possibly even reuse one of the capes, for his cape.
Classic Cobalt Man, just repaint the classic Iron-Man buck, and maybe a new chest piece symbol/design.

What do you all think? Who would you add?

Classic Spot
Diamondback
Will O’ the Wisp
Nitro
Dr. Druid (though the cape/cloak may be a budget buster in this category)
Firebird
Zarrko the Tomorrow Man (pudgy green outfit ala Red Skull)
Red Ghost (same as above)
Coachwhip
Fed-de-lance
Boomslang
New Mutants (Classic training outfits)
Graviton (Classic)
Edwin Jarvis

Just for a start.

Ok a couple I keep thinking about:

Ikari from Wade's Daredevil Run. Basically a mix of the Hand body and some other parts already in rotation. You could do all new with that guy, and I'd love it, but if you want to do him cheap you can get close enough with parts we have.

Also from Wade's run, the Daredevil Courtroom suit. New head is basically all you need. We've already got suit bodies galore!

Also, while we're on the subject of Spot, how about Coyote? New head, neck piece, done. Can you tell I liked this run of DD?

Left Field choice (and one that will NEVER happen), the Kirkman revamp of Destroyer. Use a bit of Crossbones, a bit of Cap maybe, and then a new head:

Classic Blade is WonderMan with a new head and shoulder belt
Collector and Immortus are baggy suit bodies with minor adjustments.
Original Human Torch is a new head sculpt
FA Cap is a new head and triangular shield and the neck painted flesh color
FA She-Hulk is the new Shulkie body with a new head and a rubber overlay ripped up white onesie

Spot is always the first one that comes to mind. Nitro should be very easy too.

The New Mutants.
I personally would prioritize the male characters in the modern suits that would match the female characters we have already. To match Walgreens Dani Moonstar. Then I'd love a box set of Cannonball, Mirage, Karma, Wolfsbane and Sunspot in their original uniforms. With Magma, Doug Ramsey, and Magik joining them eventually as singles. Almost all of these could be done with existing bodies.

I'm feeling a new pinless teen/ young adult buck for this. Some excellent reuse potential outside of the New Mutants: 80s Kitty Pryde, FA Jean Grey, Pixie with a new upper torso ... it could get some serious mileage.

Yes, the original New Mutants need new sculpts to match their varied stature. Rahne and Illyana need smaller bodies. Cannonball a taller, thinner body, maybe reused for FA Cyclops.

But all that goes into another thread. This one is about existing base figures for easy characters.
