WWII Logan and Warbow and possibly a BAF Wave?

I am SO excited that Skurge is the baf for this wave. I'm not overly in need of another Enchantress and I never really care about abother Iron Man, but I don't mind buying those to get Skurge who is one of my very top wants.

Man, I REALLY hope Werewolf By Night is a classic Jack Russell and not a more modern version. He's been one of my most wanted forever. I just know, Hasbro being Hasbro, are probably gonna go a modern design for WBN, aren't they? *sigh*

I'm definitely getting Warbow, and an updated Enchantress that can actually stand will be too tempting to resist. Phantom Rider is also a lock for me. I have no interest in WWII Logan or Dark Avengers Spider-Man, but if I only have to buy a couple extra figures to complete Skurge when I want the rest of the wave...well...they got me.

WWII Logan is really the only one that I'm not interested in, so I'm really hoping that he doesn't come with a BAF part.

Actually speaking of WWII Wolverine, I have a bit of an off topic question. Does anybody remember which unit he served with and which branch of the military he joined? Did he join with the Canadian army? Because I have vague memories of Logan joining with the US Airborne. I thought he was with the 332nd Airborne Division or something to that effect? Also did Logan fight in the European theater or was he fighting in the Pacific theater? Please correct me if I’m wrong because I haven’t read any solo Wolverine stories since the late 90’s/early 00’s

That head sculpt from the side looks like one of Luke Cages used on the old Hyperion body.
I was just talking about that today with some friends at work who also happen to collect and I said the same of the head. It's also a little odd to me that just the head is in such a different color if this were a test shot and they were just running with whatever color they had in the machine at the time.

I wouldn't get too far ahead of ourselves here. We HOPE that this Skurge test-shot is real and he is the BAF of this wave.. We don't KNOW that it is though.

Also your words about Iron Man are hurtful.

I'm hoping that the Iron Man doesn't have a baf part. I don't need another Iron Man. Sorry Resilient.
At least I can hopefully fudge Wolverine in a future Invaders/WWII display.
But if I really had my way, the dark Avengers Spider-man would be my pick for the no baf part. Don't want him at all.

Yea, I'm also hoping its Iron Man who doesn't come with a piece. I like the Logan. I'm buying him regardless. But if Iron Man has the piece I may have to source one from somewhere else. I don't need most of them. I don't have room for a hall of armors like I would like. And I haven't even gotten the ones I really wanted, like the Modular yellow version or the Extremis. Its almost like an all or none with Iron Man for me and since I can't do them all, it'll be none. There aren't many other characters I would do that with, in any media. I actually may need to try and get rid of my other Iron Man figures that are all outdated from the Iron Man movies. I have almost all of those. But they're undersized and are definitely showing their age. I honestly don't really want them anymore. Just taking up space and reminding me of what could be.

I just saw what the Mark 72 armor looks like and it reminds me of something out of Zoids. I can sit out on that one

Zoids out here catching strays.

Bruh Zoids has been catching strays since the 90’s when people said they were a low budget version of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. And those same people gave Masked Rider a pass….so let’s not pretend like this is something new.

Nah. We know that test shot is real. Seen way too many in my life. I agree we don't know for sure he's the BAF of this wave.

The version of WBN they decide to release will be directly related to which one the majority of people want the most, which is classic.

Therefore, it will be modern.

The only thing specific on the wiki is the Canadian Army (Devil's Brigade, 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion), which was apparently mentioned in a Wolverine: Origins comic. Off the top of my head I was pretty sure he appeared in the Pacific and European sides of the war but I can't remember any specific stories that make me think that.

I mean I know that there is the Lady Deathstrike/Lord Darkwind connection and how Professor Yamada was a Kamikaze pilot who flew during world war 2 and on his final mission his plane blew up on the deck of an aircraft carrier but he survived. But his face was all messed up because he got disfigured in the crash. And prior to joining the war he was already a scientist who discovered adamantium as a mineral. So he is partly responsible for the creation of Wolverine but I can’t remember if he met his untimely demise by Logan during the war or was it during the Cold War?
