WWII Logan and Warbow and possibly a BAF Wave?

1964. The year I started reading comics.

Gimme that Kirby style Executioner, baby!
 
One of the consistent discussions about Skurge (and Attuma and M'Baku) on toy forums is whether he's big enough to be a traditionally sized BAF, or if he should just be a standard single figure. Personally, I don't see Skurge as being much taller than Thor, just bulkier. So, if Skurge is the BAF I wonder if he'll be really oversize to match a traditional BAF proportions, or if he'll come with a lot of weapons and extra heads to justify him being the BAF.
I really shouldn't bitch about it since he's my #3 want in my Top 10.
 
That Skurge looks like a 3rd year Hasbro release. Just kinda soft sculpted details. Cheap happy meal looking. But with modern ankles.

I'm sure paint would make a world of difference, but the chest articulation looks more limited than other releases with similar designs have.
 
I eagerly look forward to having a ML Skurge the Executioner finally in my hands. I also don't look forward to having to buy the whole wave to get him. Although I won't mind owning most of the wave. Is it still rumored to be the following?

WWII Logan
Warbow
Enchantress
Phantom Rider
Werewolf By Night
Dark Avengers Spider-Man
Iron Man Mk 72 Armor

WWII Wolverine and Warbow seem like locks. I don't need another Enchantress, but I guess there's always room for improvement. Will she just reuse the BW/MsMarvel body and not be Asgardian sized? Phantom Rider without a horse seems so...incomplete. I don't care about Dark Avengers Spider-Man, but he should be sellable. Nor do I want that Iron Man figure. If this is 7 figure wave, either Spider-Man or Iron Man likely won't have a BAF part. Which works out for me, since I don't want either of them.
 
That looks like what I expected and hoped for ( you know, minus the paint). I want it. I need some Executioner BAF in my life. But man, I didn't need mo0st of this Wave. I had planned to just get Logan because I buy all of his figures, and Enchantress because I never got her original Hasbro release.

Oh well. Figs happen.

EDIT: Oh Damn! I forgot Werewolf By Night was in this Wave. I'll be happy to get that.

I was already ecstatic at finally getting A Crystar action figure (I know they existed way back then, but I never had any), getting more just makes me so unbelievably happy. I hope they can get to everyone, and not take too long doing so. C'moooon, HasLab dragons!!

I'm not really sure what you're expecting, if that test shot is legit. Outside of double elbows this looks pretty par for the Legends course. I see your point about the torso rocker, but we all know Hasbro has issues with that joint to begin with.
 
The details around the collar just seem very square and... simple. Dunno... expecting it to... not... look so cartoony.
 
Overall, this sounds like an awesome wave of Skurge the Executioner is the BAF.

Enchantress needs an upgraded pinless figure. Such an important villain, but the two figures of her that I have cannot stand.

Always thrilled for a new Iron Man figure!

Welp, guess I won’t have a Skurge. The only two figures I *might* get from this wave are Enchantress and Werewolf by Night. Hopefully they release Skurge later as a stand-alone Deluxe figure.
