I’m not as big a DC person as others but I certainly like them. The DCUC big hitters I felt we never really got were Mr Freeze, Mad Hatter, Trickster, Granny Goodness, Kantu, Shade, Mera, Vandal Savage, Clarion Witchboy & Geo Perez Changling and the classic Capt Boomerang. I would have felt sated had we got those.

god, i remember Granny Goodness topping so many wish lists.

I know I only liked some of the super powers stuff, and some of the super friends stuff, but god i hated the geoff johns rainbow lanterns, sinestro corps, black lanterns stuff.

c'est la vie.
 
i forget what sites i used to use, but I found some where you could just pre-order an entire wave of DCUC's and thats what i was doing for the most part.

I dont think I ever got classic Captain Atom, but I don't remember. Like I also ended up with Artemis, but now almost everything's in storage so i dont even know if i have a classic Diana. and nowadays I can't find any decent classic Diana to blend with my Legends.

If i ever invested the time in learning how to customize, I'd for sure be turning the ML Power Princess into a Wonder woman.

My recollection, going years back now, was that in the retcon, Mandarin wanted a filmmaker to make a documentary about him. But Mandarin was using one of his rings to manipulate people’s memories, and it’s implied (or outright stated? I can’t remember) that Mandarin may be using the ring’s powers on himself as well. So I don’t think anybody is a reliable narrator in that story.

Not surprised about PulseCon. The calendar is so full that there's just not enough product to show off unless something is eliminated. If they were going to have it they probably would have shown less at San Diego. And with Toy Fair back it makes even less sense.
 
Do you think there will be much at NYCC in October? Going for the first time and hoping to see something exciting! Do they often have reveals? I couldn't find any hasbro panels on the recently released expo listing
 
I think they usually have a display. The reveals might be at an offsite event like the breakfasts they do that’s I think mostly for press? Then after that the reveals get added to the main display.
 
I was at NYCC two years ago and had a great conversation with Ryan Ting in the big dedicated Hasbro/Marvel booth. They had just funded Giant Man or were very close to doing so. He hinted to me about another female figure overdue for the same treatment Black Widow got (turned out to be Carol Danvers) and hinted at the Wolverine anniversary sets.

Last year I was at NYCC and they didn’t even have a display. Just one little display of the MTO Sentinel taking on some ‘97 figures. I did attend the panel, but I think the only thing they talked about was the Sentinel. Classified showed slides of the polar bear. I think they debuted the Ecto-1 HasLab. The Hasbro presence was toned way down from the previous year.
 
Over on Twitter/X Dan was asked when the next livestream was.
His answer "hoping for one in sept".
Also a bunch of people, including yours truly asked when PulseCon is. He hasn't responded to anybody about that yet, although we know it's not happening this year.

Fingers crossed I can snag Mystique at least. Really would be nice to know in advance on those...
