Snow C.A.T. Live!

I'm still struggling to store the three other Joe Classified Haslabs I backed and have yet to open - and pretty confident I will ultimately be selling them off - and I'm still wishing I could jump in on this last minute. This line is just too neat.
I assume if you sell, you'll do it all packaged up and such but would you consider breaking them up and selling figures separately? As in HISS Gunner, Pilot Baroness, Glenda, and Wild Weasel?

Meanwhile I actually just reorganized the back end of my work studio where the other stuff lives and there is a Joe-vehicle sized space where I had previously hoped a Star Wars vehicle would go, but since Hasbro seems to have (perhaps smartly) decided they will never make a Black Series X-Wing...

I have considered breaking them up. It seems a shame not to sell them as sets, but I think it would net out to considerably more if I sold them piecemeal. What I'd really like to do is keep them/the rest of my Joes and have a much, much larger income and house to accommodate all of my toy collecting dreams, but alas...

Right, in that case I would have backed them all as well. But I definitely hear you. Some of these figures on eBay are going for enough to almost pay for the whole thing itself, so breaking them up, like you said, will get you a lot more.

There's a few dozen more last minutes. Do it. You can be mad at yourself (and me) later.
Technically, yes, but I'm fairly sure this snow-themed Haslab won't do as good a job cooling my home as the HVAC system I need to replace...
If you shut up and stop your complaining, there won't be so much hot air in your house, 'BERTO. How about them apples?

As someone who has sold them, absolutely break them up.

I left Bill as a pack in and regret it. I'm sure that why the dude came same day at midnight cash in hand. No one else was. I learned the lesson with the Rattler and crew.

Oh yeah... this thing is a lock to cruise past 14,000 now. I was skeptical that it would gain enough momentum to clear almost 5,000 backers on the final day but it seems to be sailing to that point amd beyond.

So here is a question. What happens if at the close we are at 14100 and then after the drop it goes down to 13999? Would they relock a tier? At the rate it’s going we may not have to worry about it but I am curious. I would be pissed if I backed it after it hit 14000 thinking everything is unlocked only to find out afterwards that they relocked it due to cancellations.

I’m always genuinely curious what causes people to wait until the very last day to back. Is it a lack of understanding on how the charging process works? Is it not seeing the value unless all tiers are unlocked? Is it just genuinely not knowing about the project before then? I just wash we’d get more front end backers to unlock things early but I suppose it’s just human nature to wait until the last minute.

I'm sure everyone's got different reasons. For this particular case, it's a BIG item, like literally big, and I was on the fence about wanting it or not but specifically having my favorite non-mute Joe included as the last goal had me fence sitting big time. If I remember correctly I backed the Dragonfly pretty early, and like for Kickstarters and such I almost always know if I want it or not and don't care about the bells and whistles. I'm often an early bird backer for board games and stuff. Weirdly my hesitation this time is excessively tied to who the last unlock was. If it were hovering around 10k I might not back it. (Esp. because I see him and Jaye as a matched pair.)
