Ghostbusters General Thread

It could just be a software thing. The tariff fee gets treated like a separate item when checking out. It's not really an issue though, as ordinarily the tariff would just be added to the item's cost and you would pay tax on it there. Here it's just just itemized and Mondo is basically letting you see what the current administration has done to your toy prices.

Not a ton of newsy stuff from tonight's stream. Hector says there will not be a standard release of this version of Janine, in the context of them talking about various outfits/uniforms she wore throughout the show. So at the least, not in these colors is how I took it. Seems pretty obvious she'll get a release in uniform down the line. Also probably no reveals past Louis until Comic Con, but they're "very excited" about what they're bringing there. Also, Janine's sales have "blown our expectations out of the water".

I enjoyed the part where they made mention of "wanting to do more expressions in the future at some point." I assume that will mean attached to more figures, but I really would just like more facial / hand expressions available as many of the GB-ers look very blank/bland for just having 2 expressions, particularly Ray and Winston.
 
I was a "No" on Janine, but that damn stream did do a good job to sell me on her. Plus I got a bonus from work this week. At least I have time to think about it since she's up until the 10th.

I'm of the mindset that I'm already here. I bought all 4 boys. I bought the Halloween Samhain.

So screw it. I'm in until the wheels fall off. Who knows if this will ever come around again? And let's be honest: how long can this line realistically go on for?

You guys laugh like I'm kidding. That episode was one of my favorites as a kid, and the fact that the toys and show did not really line up on stuff like that was a constant disappointment to me! I'd buy a whole pack of this series that was only shit from that episode!

Sure, the Terror Dog is possibly and maybe even likely given enough time, but not both. But a man-child can still dream, or at least muse textually.
