There doesn't seem to be any parts reuse, just a lot of similarity in the sculpt. The knees and thighs are wider on the new figure. His boots have toe articulation and no seems. The boot cuff is smoother. The veins on his arms are slightly different. Pretty minor differences, but it seems to be...
