Hmmmmm. Never noticed that. I had read online somewhere that those little tentacles were supposed to be on the bottom so I went with it but yeah, if the code is upside down, they should probably be at the top. I don't think body orientation is remotely as important as tentacle sequence...

I believe the proper configuration is the hooked tentacles go in the 2, 6, 10 sockets, and the squiggly tentacles go in the 12, 4, 8 sockets. That way he can grab people with his "arms" (& his ..."junk"?) so to speak, and the squggly arms act as his 2 "legs" (and his ..."hat"?) And the body...
