Star Wars Black Series

True true. I also thought the shape shifting thing was so weird. If you remove that aspect, it doesn't change anything about how stuff plays out except you lose the audience going "whoa, huh" when her face changes briefly. Anakin mentions it in the bar but she doesn't use that to sneak up on them.

Her costume is so awesome though. I would be tempted by her more than any other PT character but I no longer have a Jango so probably not. Because then I'd have to get a Jango and I'm right back into that stuff.

Useless shapeshifting notwithstanding, even I like Zam Wessel. And I actually dig that she was a quick one-and-done: not every cool character needs to be a major character, and I’ve always thought that one of the most amazing things about Star Wars was that the “used universe” of it all was so dense that you could “waste” awesome characters/designs on background/minor roles.

AND talking about him, so I was really excited! Thank you, @altcunningham

Also, you got me to go digging in my massive Fett folder on my hard drive and realized I should have just shared this graphic a guy at the Dented Helmet made. It's kinda hard to read because of the colors he chose but... you get it.

You know forget screen time.

Did they do anything with her in comics or novels? Prequel prequel stuff? Clearly she had some sort of history with Jango.
She did appear in some comics and at least a few levels of the Jango Fett video game, Bounty Hunter... which I still love. Could have made a great limited series. They show Zam and Jango meeting, him acquiring Slave One, and of course meeting Dooku. He also defeats Dooku's apprentice who had gone to the dark side, and her sabers are what Ventress uses later. In that continuity anyway.

I just recently replayed it after getting the remaster. Still a fun ass game. And Zam had a fairly large part in the final half.

Eeth Koth also had a preview figure and he was a blink and you'll miss it moment.
