I picked up a bunch of these when Walmart had them at GTFO pricing and they're just wonderful. Like fully just FUN toys.

I'm so glad it looks like the line is continuing after a very slow start.
 
I have been enjoying these figures despite not being the biggest Mega Man fan as a kid. His foes always kind of hooked me though because of their simple names and themed powers. I'll buy pretty much any of them they put out but I don't really need anything but the main look for Mega Man.

I did like him on the Captain N show and would love to get figures of all of those characters in some line, one way or another.
 
I hadn't bought a new Mega Man since the 1999 Toy Biz version. Mine looks like this listing I found on ebay:

I played with this toy until all his blue paint came off. It's so cool to finally get new versions that look and pose better. It's also nice to know this line will continue, since Street Fighter seems to have a lot more "hype" online. I do get nervous about the glossy soft plastic used on his diapers and parts, but so far so good. Personally I just don't like glossy sealants unless it's on rock-hard plastic like PVC torsos on other brands.
 
Cut Man has been creeping down in price at Amazon and is currently under $15. Likewise Elec Man is under $17.
 
I have the regular Megaman, and might get the helmet less one they're doing. Not sure if I'll get any of the robot masters.
 
I'm amazed at how fun these are. I picked up a few super cheap and while I don't feel the need to be a completionist, they could hook me for a few more for sure.
 
Deep Discount now has preorders for wave 2. I haven't checked in a few weeks, so I'm not sure when they went up.

This is good news, though, I don't understand why the delay with this line on both current waves (wave 1 was almost a year later). I've never seen them do that with any other toy line. The sales seem to have been pretty good with DD for wave 1 as they have restocked all 3 figures multiple times. Hopefully they will continue to carry the line and maybe even give us more timely preorders.

Not sure if I should thank you or curse you. I was on the fence for this line, but I saw sales prices and just picked up Cut and Electric and figured I'd need a Mega to go with so I got him as well.
 
And the funny thing is I've only ever played one Mega Man game. Mega Man 2. But when I was a kid in the early 90's, me and a buddy used to spend hours in school coming up with our own bots. good times.
 
They are a lot of fun. The bulky feet from the original game designs are one of my favorite features & fantastic for one-legged/running poses.
