Patience is a virtue as is being able to not sweat the small stuff, but this type of crap has been going on for over a year with NECA and it's pretty inexcusable. They no longer deserve any benefit of the doubt. No issues loving the product, but as a distributor they're terrible and there are people out there who absolutely do not get their stuff. It's well documented. If you order enough from them it only feels like a matter of time before something impacts you.
I ordered a set of 2012 figures that had a delivery window of Q4 2025 and I don't have any of my order yet. I'm annoyed, but not enraged and I'm not sending emails because I agreed to this delivery window by placing my order (even if I have yet to encounter someone in my exact situation) through them. It is what it is. However, if January 2026 rolls out around and I'm without my order still then I'll be raising a stink about it. I'm done with ordering stuff from them if it's not an exclusive. Even for the people who have received everything they ordered it has been anything but a convenient experience. It's like getting into a cab with a drunk driver who manages to get you to your destination eventually. Would you be satisfied because you made it safe and sound despite the ride being a harrowing one that included wrong stops and near misses? Hopefully, those Stan Sakai turtles are not such an item.
