I got the same email. It's one of the stupidest emails of this kind I've ever seen. I audibly chuckled as I read it. Everything is so automated that they have to condense "Shipping soon," and "Your item is delayed" into one email like some weird choose your own adventure invoice.

Pulse also delayed the S.N.A.KE. from July 1 to September, but then they shipped mine on July 19, leaving most other people waiting. You never know, maybe they'll have a very small amount of Sentinels ready to ship around the original date.

I guess some of you aren’t preordering at Pulse regularly anymore because these emails are very common. Even this morning I got more emails like it, telling me my item will ship soon, then give me either a far off date or a date that’s already passed! I tend to brace myself but the emails are inaccurate predictors. They do give a sense though of what’s to come.

Well, as a seasoned a grizzled veteran of this email with a ton of expertise... is the ship date in the email always accurate, or is there is chance these actually ship before then?

The ship date listed in the email is almost always inaccurate. Like I said before, sometimes the date they list has already passed. For a specific example, I have a Transformer POed that they're telling me the approximate ship date is August 18, 2025. Last I checked, it's currently almost October. I definitely have not received said Transformer yet. I got three emails last night like this. Plus the Sentinel email forecasting a December ship date. I'm not entirely sure what the point of the email is other than to remind you that you've preordered something and that they haven't forgotten about it either.

I barely order from Pulse so I didn't realize these emails were common since they revamped their web site to stop using Shopify.

And I'm actively pissed at Hasbro over the whole Savage Land 3-pack and Anakin and Obi-Wan with Mustafar diorama pieces debacle. Coincidentally I was a Pulse Premium member when those were supposed to go on sale yet I still get no chance to order either one of them? FUCK YOU, HASBRO PULSE! That's going to keep sticking in my craw for quite a while. No more Pulse Premium for me, hopefully ever.

Yeah Hasbro pulse definitely needs some upgrades as far as incentives are concerned. I’m surprised they haven’t instituted a points system for premium membership so that way you can save money on future orders. Also it would be nice if premium members got a “first out the door” shipping option to jump ahead in line before non pulse premium members had their orders sent out.

There have been rare instances where the emails go out after I’ve received the item they’re telling me is about to ship. There have been instances where the date listed in the email is close to when they actually ship. The moral of the story is that the emails are not to be relied on.

The way I look at it. If the email gives you a shipping date in the past or soon, your item is shipping soon. If the date is a ways off, it's giving you a heads up of shipping in the future (probably a delay from original date).

I got my Flint and Covergirl emails this afternoon (26th) and they told me they be at my door September 23rd.

Website says they ship October 3rd.

Mangog, who both Dwight and Jesse mentioned at the SDCC panel and who was in the AT card pack. Jesse did say at SDCC panel that there were 4 more characters in development for 2026 in the card pack.
