Marvel Legends Gamerverse

I got an email from Amazon this morning that Wolverine/Samurai have been moved up to October 20. I wouldn't be surprised if it moves up again from there since it's already out overseas.
Same. In my experience, that means the item will be delivered within two weeks. It'll either get several new releases date emails moving it up or it'll just ship and be delivered like the next day.

In pretty sure I saw something on Toy Shiz’s instagram that this 2-pack has already been found in Ventura California

I just checked GameStop and their projected release dates for the four remaining Capcom gamerverse figs are slated for September 27th. And I believe these figs hit places like Hong Kong, Taiwan and China around mid July starting with the Wolverine set. So that was roughly 5 weeks ago now? I’d say it’s likely that these will show up in the next 3-4 weeks so September 20th sounds about right to me

Dan Who got Juggernaut and posted a review. I'm pretty disappointed that the articulation in the hips and legs is almost exactly as limiting as the previous versions. His arms are actually less articulated at the elbow, but of course they have the extra range that the butterfly joints give it.

Definitely wasn't expecting much out of the articulation, but was expecting a little more. That toe joint is pretty bad too. I still think it's silly they didn't give us a more appropriate effect part. Even if it had to go on a stand to work properly. Still, the figure does have some awesome shelf presence due to the sheer size of it and the sculpt is nice. I'm torn on this one, personally.

I was hoping for a size comparison to the old Marvel Select Juggernait. In my display I have the previous Legends Juggernait in my X-Men display with Excalibur and the Select Juggernaut in my villains display with Black Tom. This version will probably take the place of the Select on the shelf.

The baffling thing about the force accessory is that it doesn't appear to attach to the head, yet the only way it appeared in the game in that color was on the top of his head. And it was shown in the promo shots on the top of his head. I can only assume they photoshopped that image...

Speaking of the "head crush" move the promo above is mimicking...you can really see how lacking his articulation is in that pic. Below is how the character in the game actually looks when executing that move, but the articulation range of the figure can't get anywhere CLOSE to the crouch shown below. Both the new and the old figure appear to have virtually identical terrible crouch capacity, and a better crouch for charging was my main hope for this new figure.

The main improvement appears to be the size. It's definitely much more massive than the last versions. As PantherCult said I'd like to see it next to the Select figure, and my guess is they're almost the same size with the Select being somewhat bigger in the proportions of the arms and legs. That Select figure is still probably the closest match to the insane body proportions of Juggernaut in the Capcom games, but until I see a side-by-side I won't be sure of that.

The limited articulation is a turn off, but does anyone else just particularly dislike how much this guy wobbles in reviews? Doesn't look fun to pose and makes me nervous for how he will hold up over time, particularly the rod holding his torso together. Maybe this guy needs a soft overlay body to hit those poses. I was really psyched for him but now considering cancelling and just sticking with the Select.

PS: lol at Dan Who's review, puts the leg at 45 degree angle and says "the leg goes up pretty far" and moves on. Like what? That's far?

That's how most of the YouTubers are.

They preload what they want to say in their mouth and can't walk it back even as the joint disintegrates in their hands. "Amazing range, is that a wash?" (it's a stain) "Man they brought washes back!"

Why you'd commit or not even rehearse in a medium you can write and edit and control (I'm told part of the charm and why people love YouTube) is beyond me.

But it is my passive aggressive favorite thing to see. Explain one thing, witness the opposite.
