Mephisto isn't their dad...he's the father of Blackheart. Daimon and Satana are the offspring of another demon, Marduk Kurios, who often is known as "Satan". There have been implications that, at some point, Marduk, Mephisto, Satannish, and a few other Arch Demons were the same entity that was split apart, but it has never been firmly established either way. The Marvel demonic heirarchy gets a bit jumbled, especially when you have some Ghost Rider stories that show Johnny making a deal with Mephisto, but then the earliest origin stories show him dealing with Marduk. It doesn't help that all these demons like to impersonate one another as well. Apologies for being "that guy"...my ADHD brain retains way too much of this useless knowledge.
