Hah, yup! Most reviews of them don’t even mention it because I don’t think it was advertised, but it’s there. Those figures had some interesting engineering. That and the die-cast parts are probably why they were so damn expensive (for the time) and why they didn’t sell well enough to warrant the line going any further.

I was so disappointed when the line didn't continue. Didn't they show a Shredder prototype at one point? I feel like I have a vague memory of one. Then Neca came along and gave me the line I always dreamed of but I still have my SHF turtles on display. They are fun to mess around with. It just never occurred to me to try and move their shells!
 
I am also in the Cool Kid Club who has had his order ship from LT Cave. It should definitely get here before the de minimis stuff kicks in at the end of the month so that's a load off.
 
Wasn't de minimus already in effect in china? Or had he delayed repealing it at some point? I can't keep track anymore
