Been watching a few interviews with Dan and Dwight from SDCC on Youtube and they kinda tease Maximum Thor and Polaris coming up on this one:

In another one, they tease more X-Men 97 Season 1 stuff coming not in wave form, but possibly deluxe or 2-packs. The next full wave will be Season 2 next year. Jesse also says the X-Men 97 offerings for next year will be insane.

They're clearly making an effort to make some of the X-Men '97 stuff pull double duty for comic collectors - between that and X-Men '97 just generally being awesome, it's not bad news to me.

In the case of Byrne Cyclops - I'm glad this is the case. I wish they'd given the Tiger Stripe Wolverine a more generic comic looking head.

I actually never picked him up. From the pictures it looked like it would fit in with comic figures easy enough - is that not the case?

The animated Wolverine? I'm sure it's fudgeable but the lower face is decidedly very simple and animated-y
