All setup inside, returned to the hotel for a cat nap. Saw NECA and Mondo posing their figures in the cases, but didn’t want to stop and stare. Trevor was posing figures underneath a top secret cloth. Figuarts has Cyclops on display, and an unpainted figure next to him, which may have been one of their body blanks? Or an Ice Man. Might be why MAFEX slid in an extra figure in their POs this month.
 
Hope all you guys attending have a lot of fun and avoid getting sick.

TBF I've known enough people to get bad con crud from SDCC and NYCC to think I'd probably reflexively say the same. People are gross.

Ah man, I definitely haven't been there since COVID. What do they do differently for that? Did they lower capacity?

SDComics is like "joke's on them, I got Covid before I left the house today! I'M patient zero now, bitches."

You had to show proof of vaccination the first couple of years after covid. Right now you just have to use common sense. Elbow bumps instead of hand shakes, ect.

It'll be fine. We'll be okay.
 
My biggest concern with comic con is that I'll eat too much, drink too much and spend too much.

But I've been doing that at comic con for 41 years.

I mean, that's what it's here for.
