We honestly don't know. We haven't gotten any kind of official announcement about how she's coming out. Part of me wonders if they saw the big reaction to her reveal and they'll ramp production up and send her to more places. Purely me making shit up though.
 
Yeah, the GI Joe insta just says preorder launch July 23 with no tag for Pulse.

Would be nice to not have to jump hoops.
 
What I think is happening is the actual figure will be shown as SDCC with preorders on Pulse that day, then attendees at NYCC will be able to buy the figure then and there.
 
This tracks as I've seen an October 7th date thrown around elsewhere and NYCC is 8-11th.

Reminds me of the early bird exclusives like the Luke and Rey set and Jyn Erso that got you special packaging and jump start, but weren't anything special or exclusive.

Taurus and Red Bull and Wild Bill and Grunt and Techno Viper arrived today.

Between the two, I was interested in Taurus, but he’s great. The head sculpt is fun, with lots of attitude. Accessories are good, though I wish he had a place or backpack to store the axe and rifle.

Red Dog is great. I always hated the face sculpt of the original figure, looked a bit too simian to me. This one is good. I like that he comes with a football and tee and that the ball isn’t permanently attached to a hand like Big Lob’s basketball is. Again, I wish he had more places to store his weapons when not in hand. The backpack would have been great for that. The backpack actually is the tightest fitting backpack peg into back I’ve felt this line. These guys look great with Mercer and I’m psyched to complete another sub-team.

Wild Bill is cool. Surprised his face is as stoic as it is, expected something more jovial. Had to glue his sunglasses onto the hair with the hat (I’ll never display him without the hat. After seeing posts here, I’ve got his belt facing forward and his revolver handles sticking forward.

Grunt. This name seems less what he is than what he does. He has a face that even more than his original release, makes him look like all he does is grunt. He is so no frills. I dig it.

Not sure if I’m opening the Techno Viper as that breaks my “one of each Viper specialist” rule.
 
That’s definitely a typo.

So I’m just noticing, Mercer and Red Dog have the same backpack. They also have a very similar color scheme. I think this may be why I haven’t taken to Taurus, he seems out of place.
 
Target has my Scarlett preorders on back order. I had a Dr.'s appointment at 9am the day they went up. I ordered at 9:07 during the time between seeing the nurse and doctor. I had my brother also preorder as a back up and he texted me at 9:03 that he got the order in. His is also on backorder. I can't trust Target, so I just placed an order with CMD. I''m probably gonna end up in quite a predicament owning three Ninja Force Scarlett.

I also had to approve a delay this morning for Hacksaw Jim Duggan. So far, Starscream and Prowl are okay.
