General Marvel Legends

Man, now that I've had time to let these reveals perculate, I'm thinking maybe hold off on Juggernaut because so many people have him, he may not be a super-sale and end up on discount.

I'm also thinking about cancelling my 2 '97 Wolverines that have been on pre-order at Target since last year, and get this 2-pack. and chrome out S.S. just for the fun of it.

Shuma I'll preorder, and if he doesn't sell out anywhere, I may cancel and wait for the sale. FOMO will def. have him on the instant pre-order though.
 
I made a more detailed breakdown in the Gamerverse thread.

Suffice it to say, I think there will be a lot of loose Gamerverse Thanos and Silver Samurai figures on ebay later in the year.

Wish Thanos had an alternate comic head, as the last one only had a yelling head and old man head. Missed opportunity here. But Psylocke will move units for this set.

Prefer Cap with chainmail but this figure looks too good to pass up. At least blue Venom will likely sell on his own to offset the cost for Cap.

Wolverine looks good. Like the headsculpt and extra articulation. But Samurai is like a dead weight cost attached to him. Will hold out for a pricedrop. If I miss out on Wolverine, I'm sure there will be a comic version using this improved body down the road.

Gargantos looks great. Really fun item.

Didn't think I'd be interested in another Juggernaut. Between the last one and the Marvel Select one, I was good. But the extra beefiness and improved articulation, this'll be hard to skip. And he looks to be able to blend in with comic figures well enough.

So I'll probably only preorder Cap, Gargantos, and maybe Juggernaut. These special annual subset items typically go on sale, so it's tempting to just try and hold out for some/most of these.

I'm with you there. Might get the Psylocke two-pack and try to hock Thanos. Maybe interested in the Juggernaut depending on the price. Everything else is a pass, and that's okay with me. I'm no longer disappointed when the stuff they show isn't my bag. Like you said, very happy to see others excited for some of this stuff!
 
That Psylocke and Shuma look great. I'd rather have had armored Outback Psylocke or the pink puffy sleeve version but this one is an upgrade and hopefully clears the way for one of the other looks to be next.

I don't know that any of the rest are big enough upgrades and like usual it will just come down to whether or not the FOMO grows strong enough to overcome my apprehension about spending the money.
 
Looks like they might finally have a good Psylocke. I'll bite the bullet and get the Thanos I don't need.

The rest of the Capcom stuff looks pretty good but not high on my want list.

The FF movie figures (the core team at least) came out as good as can be expected. The bendy arms on Reed are appreciated because that's something they might normally up charge for or just not include. Unfortunately Silver Surfer looks like they just went with the cheep molded plastic instead of painting. That's a real bummer.

But yeah, bring me Psylocke and the FF, please.
