This one might be the most interesting of all the Wish Lists so far, because what exactly is "Street Level" and what is your interpretation?

Who are your Top 10 single most wanted Street Level Heroes and your Top 10 single most wanted Street Level Villains?
Strictly a non-super powered or limited powered heroes/villains? Urban combatant only - no cosmic adventures? Bank robbers, mercenaries and mafia-types and the heroes that stop them?

Hell yeah they did! I have an outsized conception of their importance because they featured so prominently in the Lee/ Ditko run, which was (through reprints) my intro to Spidey. Add in a couple of great appearances in MTU and PPTSSM, and my shelf will never feel complete without them.

They were my pick for a boxset in the Spidey poll, too. If Jack of Hearts can squeak into like eight different lists, then so too can the Enforcers.

Just keep in mind, that Blood Axe could count. Same with Mongoose, and Quicksand, all are Thor characters, and to a degree, street-level.
