Super 7 Ultimates Thread

Did they ever even confirm anywhere if the Vulture Man was a new sculpt and smaller? Or was he just a toy version repaint. I don't see the issue with the old one really. People online were acting like he was gargantuan but he is barely bigger than anything else.
I think it was more that he was too big as a comparison to the other mutants as he was mostly portrayed on the smaller size comparatively. He was closer to the version who took the formula that made him bigger.

Has there been any actual confirmation that these two items have been cancelled? I haven't seen anything official just the speculation.

They were never solicited, just teased on the cover of a magazine, so there likely isnt a need to announce they are camceled, per se.

I put in a preorder for deluxe Cheetara at Amazon since I saw her listed there. No movement on my Target PO other than backward. They keep pushing the date back. But Amazon shipped, should have her tomorrow. Still zero sign of her at bricks & mortar.

Thats weird... my Target pre orders on those deluxe figures came weeks ago. I wonder why the big delay for you. Its trouble for me that they are on Amazon I'll end up late night ordering one every couple of weeks

I just had to approve another delay this morning. Ridiculous.

After catching up on the Silverhawks comic last night I saw that the Space Racer was on sale on Amazon and picked it up. Delivered this morning (must have been at a nearby shipping center) I cracked it open. I took Cooper Kids grip hands off to try and get them around the handlebars that are maybe a bit wider than the grips and the right handlebar snapped off. Just getting the hand on it, I wasn't even levering it with the full arm or figure. Frustrating, but now that it's in his hand he can just hold it where it belongs. If S7 does go under I really hope someone else picks up the Silverhawks license. I'd love a full team. Plus the new comic fleshed out Stargazer and Condor's old team with some sweet designs.

I see the speculation that the Skycutter was cancelled has been debunked. Not sure it matters, that seems like a lot of money for an unimpressive vehicle. I'm not a ThunderCats guy though, so maybe the fans are really into it. I also see no reason for that Vultureman to be $65.

I hadn't even looked at the figure spread before my previous comment, but $65 gets you two heads, four hands, and two weapons. Since he needs to ride the bike, the gripping hands have horizontal hinges and Super7 no longer provides two sets of gripping hands with its figures so that sucks. It's like they're completely oblivious to what other companies are doing and providing at better prices.

Even with price increases for whatever reason, what about that kKy Cutter makes it worth almost $200?

I thought it was funny my timeline in Blue Sky had this followed by a post containing a preorder for Bulma's motorcycle from the SHFiguarts Dragon Ball line. That thing is nice (I have it) and includes some small use of diecast, a pack-in slug figure in Kid Goku, multiple stands, rubber tires, and it will set you back $89. And then there's Nacelle's Biker Mice line of motorcycles which look better than this thing. Super7 is just off in their own world.
