Definitely would pick up Chaos King as an actual mythological Japanese god, regular size. Agree his best look is picture # 8, the giant black evil entity appearance is so generic it loses all connection to the culture that originated it.

Got to say though, if we're talking Marvel gods, I'd be way more pumped to get missing Asgardians (Balder, Heimdall, Warriors Three, etc...) and Olympians (Venus/Aphrodite, Zeus, Pluto, Hippolyta, other Pantheon members).

Pass. While I've seen the character in encyclopedias, I've never really read a comic with them. The look's not bad, but I return to "I just can't justify characters I don't have an existing connection to."

Day #354 - Fin Fang Foom update

Would I buy? Yes, but the original totally holds up
Which version? Classic but not cartoony. Big enough to be imposing but not big enough to stick a full size Spidey figure in his mouth.

Shorts or no shorts?
Orange or green?
I'm looking at mine right now and it's an awesome figure. An update would be nice as well.

HELL yes.

The original predates my collecting days, and I've been hoping for an update since jumping aboard the ML bandwagon about a decade ago. At this point, the old release is cost-prohibitive enough that I may as well hold out for a redo. He feels like the most natural choice for another HasLab.

While I have yet to back a HasLab, I'd be day one on Fin Fang Foom. Marvel Monsters were some of the first comics I read as a kid, and Foom is the king of the Marvel Monsters (except that one guy they don't have the full rights to anymore). I'll donate plasma if I have to.
