I am down.It looks like it might be a two pack.
T-800 to John's left has a black t-shirt. The "regular" T-800 they released has the grey tee from later in the movie.
Whaaaaaat?$135 for T1000 and $210 for T800/John at BBTS. The toy industry has gone insane.
Which are still absurdly high, especially considering shipping will add another $50 on top to the HLJ order. My point wasn't to single out BBTS's pricing as egregious but rather to generally observe that toy companies have gone off the deepend with pricing. It's almost just standard for a company to start at $100 for a single import figure and then see how bold they want to go from there. The Delicious in Dungeon figmas are like $130 from HLJ just because I guess. The really crappy thing is how over the years we've accepted higher prices from smaller boutique outfits on the basis of smaller production scale but now bigger companies like Good Smile and Hasbro see that we'll pay such prices and are increasing their prices with no such scale argument to justify it. It's just a mad dash to pricing out all but the wealthiest collectors, which is of cpurse a global trend of capitalism: increasingly absurd playground for the rich (playact at astronaut! Ski in the desert! Buy Hawaiian islands and build a bunker under your own little cattle ranch!) and for the rest of us accelerating enshittification for higher and higher prices.Whaaaaaat?
