But fix his unhelmeted head: a traditional Firefly balaclava would be preferable to whatever that was.
But hot damn this would look amazing in Classified.

This looks like it inspired the Classified v1 Firefly. So it’s not a look I need for him, but if Hasbro wants to do it, be my guest.

Seems like a lot of POC-era designs have a similar problem for me when I think 'do I want this in Classified?' and it's always the giant flak vests. Even with ARAH designs I really like, I tend to struggle with the designs that block use of the butterflies. And even more with the ones that block the butterflies AND are so thick that they can get in the way of any good rifle poses. I live with it for stuff I have a lot of nostalgia for, but otherwise I do think it's too much of a turn off.

So, while I like Firefly's design, all I see is 'unchanged, that figure would be a fucking brick.'

I have no idea if this is a yes or no. I guess no as a straight translation, yes if they find a way to make it functional as a modern action figure?

Not a fan of the helmet on this Firefly. The rest of the design is pretty good and would make for a good Classified figure. However there are dozens more characters I want first before another Firefly (even though there is supposedly another one coming on a Retro card this year).

Firefly is one of my very favorite ARAH characters, so I’ve got no problem with multiple versions.

Re: the helmet:
I believe this was supposed to be the “Alien homage” figure the same way Shadow Tracker was intentionally a homage to the Predator . . . although obviously the analogy was far less direct. It is a weird helmet, and I’d shave off the “Raimi Goblin” point on the back at least.
