I. Almost like it. I think that white is just too stark. A light grey, muted pastel, or duller off-white would have looked better. Other than that I like the figure.
Gibbon is actually smaller than Ursa Major, and even Grizzly. Still, a furred body that size could have a lot of reuse.
Yes to Gibbon. More Spidey foes the better.
Hm. Classify up her “spy gear” a bit, and sure. Swappable masked and unmasked heads. They could do Amber, or use her as a more genetic spy or thief.
As to ages, I can’t speak to QK specificity, but many young adults go into the military out of high school or after college. To achieve enough...
Well, having three metal appendages on one side of his body, would seriously mess with his balance, and weight distribution. But Super-Heroes is a different genre. Since the inception of the Super-Hero, super science has gone hand in hand with it. The whole Super-Hero genre is actually a...
You know, that very same issue was pointed out to the creators of “The Six Million Dollar Man”. The writers had to do a little retcon, giving him re-enforced spine, and muscle structure to allow for his body not to crumple under the feats of strength. They even cited that his regular arm had...
Here would be my issue. We don’t even have the Invaders fully represented. We have only one enemy character for them, and the Howling Commandos would look kind of silly all fighting a lone Red Skull. If we get the Howling Commandos, they need enemies. We can’t get Axis super villains out of...
I still miss Toyfare, and their “Twisted Toy Theater” I looked forward to their issues every month. There’s just something different about the online reviews (apart from the obvious). They just don’t have that same feel.
I had two jobs that kept me moving around on my feet, before I lost a leg. My surgeon told my wife that I had “excellent muscle tone” in my legs. That said, I still had to wait a year to recover from the amputation, before I could be fitted with a prosthetic. If she lost her arm (I presume...
I get that. I give Cobra more leniency, as the organization is far less concerned with the welfare of their people than a conventional military. Bludd also had a mercenary history before throwing in with Cobra, meaning he was an established, seasoned commodity before hand. They didn’t have to...
Many of those veterans lost their limbs in military service though. The military doesn’t have a practice of enlisting people with perceived handicaps. Prosthetics present challenges that the military would rather not dedicate resources to accommodate. A prosthetic hand can’t gage pressure it...
My first impulse is yes, but I’m not a fan of the highly advanced cybernetic arm. It’s too “super hero” for what I want from this genre. If they released her with a swappable arm (human and robotic) then I’d probably get her.
The trainers aren’t that interesting to me. I don’t object to them being made, but I don’t see them as being a very functional role in actual combat. She could make for a nice figure, but I passed on Big Boa, and I’d probably pass on her too.
Since I seem to need to revise my list, here goes:
Dr. Venom,
Flash,
Kwinn,
Grand Slam,
Zanya,
Scar-face,
Cutter,
Dr. Cassandra Knox,
Dragonsky,
Red Star
Yes to Sin. (Wow, that has a whole different tone than I intended. 😊.). First two images preferred. Swappable heads definitely. I wouldn’t say no to the Mother Night look either.
