That's because the costume existed before the movies and they licensed it, right? Even the boutique horror merch companies just license Ghostface for shirts. Honestly, it always looks pretty lame to me to have that logo instead of the Scream one.

    McFarlane DC Multiverse

Probably Stargirl or Robot Hourman. Or the masked swashbuckler take on the Terry Sloane Mr. Terrific from JSA: Liberty Files.

    Mattel DC Figures

I think it's probably got more entrenched staying power than this suggests for the same reason Frozen did: the music. You might move on from a movie series before the first sequel, but you're not moving on from your favorite song that quickly. Being fundamentally a musical, I think it invites...

Oh man, Part VI Tommy's a major part of the game. Maaaaaybe that's workable? I don't even think he's be tough to make, I'm sure they'd get most of the parts from like a Last of Us Joel or something, and I bet Thom Mathews would be thrilled. I met him at a con around when the game came out and he...

    Avatar: The Last Airbender Figures

When I saw that Suki, I reacted pretty much like Sokka every time he sees her.

Got it, that is much more complicated than I realized. Their solution was not totally dissimilar, I guess, to how you can get the Ghostface rights separate from Scream. I guess this also kills my chances of getting movie characters from the Paramount era, except maybe the ones who showed up in...

It was absolutely a magic game. Totally accessible for casual gamers and people who didn't know the movies well. For a tension-based game, it was very chill in a weird way. Like, it didn't have that fixated, strategy-optimizing, time-shaving quality that a lot of asymmetrical horror like DBD has...

    Super Powers

Definitely. I'm all about getting B-list characters, but it's wild what they haven't made here. Supergirl was in the planning stages for Wave 4 of the old Super Powers line, you'd think she'd be an obvious release. They've done 80's Nightwing and Cyborg, but no Raven, Starfire, or Wonder Girl...

    Super Powers

I'd actually buy into the line a bit if they started making some female characters.

    Jakks Pacific Simpsons

I'm guessing a mix? I don't know if King-Size Homer here refers to the WM exclusive 5" one that's supposed to be trickling out right now. Nelson's already had a 2.5" figure, so I'm guessing that's 5".

Mortal Kombat Klassic figures by McFarlane Toys

At the very least, they could've have made it be UMK3 Jade and set up a torso piece for another Kitana and Mileena.

Mortal Kombat Klassic figures by McFarlane Toys

Looks like we've got Jade, Noob, Ermac, and Johnny Cage coming, plus a frozen Sub-Zero and invisible Reptile.

I lost my entire sense of time and place when I saw those buckets.

I saw the buckets first and had a Shut Up and Take My Money meltdown. But yeah, that makes sense. The Ben Cooper figures must be a goldmine for NECA, they make so many nostalgia IPs that much more valuable to pick up. I wouldn't be surprised to see DuckTales and Muppets show up there too.

What do you MEAN they come with the Halloween buckets?! Dammit, that makes these way, way more tempting.

More Goosebumps! Excited there. And the Halloween Polly Pocket thing is cute. Although if they're going to make all these Chuck Norrises they can at least give us one Cynthia Rothrock.

I tried DBD for a while, didn't particularly like it, but I'd probably still buy The Spirit if they make her.

Wait, were those characters in Fortnite? I concede I love the idea of Michael thwacking down trees with a synth.

I hope with DuckTales we get some stuff from the revival show, too. And hopefully from the Barks and Rosa comics? That Scrooge looks incredible.

I thought the licensing issues were pretty much over for this one? Feels like the Friday merch floodgates have opened again, plus they finished filming on that Crystal Lake show late last year. Even the game's development ending was largely due to the way online games are classified legally -...

    Mattel DC Figures

Yeah, I'm glad to have it confirmed that we're getting accessories to that extent. The WWE line at that price point doesn't typically have them, but a superhero line without them doesn't really work. He's got more with him than I had expected.

    Mattel DC Figures

That would probably depend on what they're able to show at this point, with the transition from McFarlane to Mattel. Also, Toy Fair is a trade show. It's primarily for retail buyers, not us. There's not much point in showing off stuff that retail's going to have to wait on.

Yeah, the Hell Jason makes sense that way, only being from the game, and JTM also has that glossy sheen in the movie because it's got that very late 80s neon grime aesthetic. JGTH definitely stands out as clean-looking to me compared to how he looked in the movie. So, I don't know. It would be...

Yeah, that was actually a way of tracking damage on Jason. There was a very specific, elaborate killing method, and doing enough damage to get his mask off was part of it.
