Mini Comic Wave 2

@Felonious Monk Not sure if you're talking about an official release or an individual custom approach, but that could look interesting. Personally, whether it were either Hasbro or me doing it, I would go with as reflective a chrome/silver as possible to make those punk rock spikes/studs really pop.
I would prefer Hasbro do it because they would cast the black plastic and avoid any paint rub.

Another reason why I would rather wait and see if we get an official one .

It makes sense. I'm a big Rachel fan but I don't know where the black hound costume fits into my display as a standalone. Pair her with Ahab though and suddenly she can go on one of my X-villains shelves.
Plus with Rachel being just a repaint with the possible exception of a new chain accessory they can invest the rest of the tooling Into ahab and making sure they do him right.

Just re-posed Feral for the first time in a few days and her hip joint now has a deep indent from being pressed against her torso. Hasbro really needs to address this - a figure shouldn't damage *itself* by being posed.

Also, Feral's legs REALLY should be able to move up more at her waist - they don't raise nearly enough for crouching poses. Also, the sculpted fabric wrinkles right above her legs look stupid. Maybe the Psylocke/Blink torso could have worked to give more clearance at these parts?

I stand by my "ecologically conscious plastic" conspiracy theory regarding Hasbro manufacturing figures that will degrade faster than we're used to seeing.

Watched Dave from Displaying Model Behavior unbox Astonishing Beast only to have his arm come off at the bicep immediately. He popped it back on, at which point it came back off later in the review.

Have they implemented a drop-down hip on any female ML’s? I’m used to them on Classified figs so I can’t be sure if I’m forgetting if it was tried and didn’t work well or was just a figure I didn’t get.

Anyway all of the next generation of upgraded female torsos should have this tried if they are not going to give ball joints in the pelvis like Gamerverse Wolverine, as you only have to handle a few Classified females to see that the technique will really elevate any female ML’s and especially the acrobatic or animalistic ones.

A Maximum Black Widow with a ball jointed pelvis and drop down hips would be a justifiable reason for a £45 price point if they are genuinely looking to innovate in the line as opposed to bulking out the deluxe body with all the accessories and calling it done.

I don't think we've had any females with drop-down hips. The Psylocke/Blink body had the gap that allowed a really good ROM in this area - at least from what I remember.
