Last Year Doc is an asshole, he preordered doubles of several Joes he shouldn't have because he thought the economy wouldn't tank.

Current Doc is quickly won over by most of the extra Joes and remains in the cycle of financial abuse with other Docs.

Current Doc canceled MOST of the doubles in time so he's primarily resentful about the added stress. Okay, I'm gonna stop self-mockery in the news thread and keep my self-flagellation to the dick joke thread.

To be fair to the many people that don't seem to understand how the MTO thing works with Hasbro; Hasbro makes basically zero effort at clarity with this. Go look for where on the official pressers or on the actual main page for the item it says you don't pay until it ships. It's nuts that they don't have that in giant bolded flashing letters.

Yet another great example of how these boards have helped me (and hurt my wallet lol). I have been trained to expect to pay upfront with so many things that when it’s not a normal preorder I make the classic mistake of assuming.
