Big Bad Workshop General

Ok, so its gonna be a little complicated to assemble some of the characters and others are pretty straight forward:

To complete Baron Ironblood (the big bad) and the Black Major (his second in command) you will need the following three figures:
https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/278987 (Baron Ironblood body and accessories but his head and beret go to black major.)

https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/279004 (Black Major body and accessoires but Ironblood's head)

https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/278995 (Baron Ironblood's helmet and the rest is fodder)

Red Shadows Trooper:

Red Laser:

Red Jackal:

Now things get a little tricky and you have to go off big bad toy store and go to Skeletron:

Red Wolf is complicated because there's a standard look and a version where he is a repaint of Wild Weasel. Skeletron has you covered with these:

https://skeletron.com/collections/everything (x2 for the bodies)

https://skeletron.com/collections/everything (x1 so you get the heads and gear for both Red Wolf looks)

For Skeletron you will need their Skeletron:

Now you will only be missing Kraken and Red Vulture. Neither have figures yet, but Red Vulture is basically just a variant of the trooper (and thus will likely not be revisited) so I'd recommend the Monster Force Crimson Moon Sleepwalker:
Holy moly, wow, okay, lol. I got the Skeletron part covered then. I purchased all of that just because I liked it but didn't know about the Red Shadows connection. I will go to BBTS and commence to pre-ordering. I appreciate the help!

Though a lot of bad blood between blood for the Baron and fresh monkey. A lot of dumb fighting over an IP neither owns lol

Just got the Spy and the Enemy from BBTS. Really impressed by the face sculpts on the Spy to the point I wish I could use them both. The Enemy is immediately going to be President Cobra Commander because I can't NOT see Pete Hegseth in their base head sculpt and it's bugging the crap out of me.

(Actually, I'm sure the answer to this is yes, but I should be able to use the spare Agent head on the Blackwatch Agent body, right? Because he also looks like Kegseth.)

All but certain the neck pegs are 100% swappable on all the human figures, but definitely they should be swappable between those two specifically.

Gonna give it a shot this evening. Now I have to decide if the eyepatch head looks better with the bow tie or with the standard.

Definitely needed a hot water bath to get the neck out, but overall a pretty easy swap. I ended up popping Blond Nick Fury onto the Blackwatch body and kept Black James Bond on the Spy body - love that they came with hands holding cigarettes and cards for both options but the hands on the Spy are a little tighter than Blackwatch so I might not swap them out many times. Definitely happy to not have the Pete Hegseth head in use.

As always, my only real complaint is the tendency for the pint to fleck off on the hands when swapping guns etc. But I suppose I should be treating the hands with something like nail polish to protect them? The suit body is really great though, smooth joints and solid build, such a great upgrade from the MCU suit bodies I've been using for everything for YEARS.

The Enemy was the figure I hemmed and hawed over for WEEKS and just caved right before shipping my POL and honestly? Fuckin' great figure. He's President Cobra. He really works.

Both of my BBWS figures had issues with paint rub. An almost comical amount of paint came off my Blackwatch Agent's hands/wrists right out of the package.
